Hallowell AI provides AI-powered phone answering, lead capture, and workflow automation services for businesses. Our demo phone agents are provided for demonstration purposes. Production systems are built under separate client agreements.
Program name: Hallowell AI Appointment Confirmations
Program description: One-time SMS confirmation messages sent to customers following an AI phone agent interaction, confirming appointment details and assigned technician.
Message frequency: One message per service request or appointment booking.
Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our demo AI agents represent example implementations. Hallowell AI does not operate or represent Spokane Pro Plumbing, Spokane Pro HVAC, or Spokane Auto Center. These are demonstration business profiles used to illustrate AI capabilities.
Hallowell AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the 30 days preceding any claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spokane County, Washington.
